Why My Packages Are Structured This Way

I created these packages because my experience says that healing and growth happen better when they are not through isolated sessions alone.

Many people understand their patterns intellectually, yet still find themselves repeating them under stress, in relationships or during periods of uncertainty.

Real change often requires:

  • consistent support
  • repetition and integration
  • relational safety
  • community and co-regulation
  • opportunities to practice new ways of being

For this reason, many of my pathways combine 1–1 work with courses, community and peer spaces and ongoing support.

The intention for this is not to create dependency.

The intention is to help people re-engage their own innate capacity to heal, integrate and grow; to gradually build greater internal safety, trust, regulation, connection and independence.

Pathways of Support

One-Off Session

A gentle starting point for people who would like to get a sense of the work before signing up for more, or you may have worked with me or other somatic practitioners and just need a bit of focused support.

These sessions offer space to understand a current pattern, nervous system response or area of challenge, while experiencing the relational and somatic approach directly.

Suitable for:

  • First-time clients
  • People exploring whether this work feels aligned
  • Focused support around a specific issue or transition

Core Support Package

Focused 1–1 support alongside Peer Sanctuary access.

This pathway is designed for people wanting deeper relational and somatic support while also beginning to experience the benefits of safe community and co-regulation.

Includes:

  • 3 x 1–1 sessions
  • Peer Sanctuary access for 3 months
  • Feedback and integration guidance between sessions

This is often a strong fit for people navigating:

  • Burnout or overwhelm
  • Relational difficulties
  • Early attachment patterns
  • Emotional reactivity
  • Loss of direction or meaning
  • Chronic stress or nervous system exhaustion

Integrated Support Package

A deeper and more supported pathway combining:

  • 3 x 1–1 sessions
  • 1 Year Access to Fight, Flight, Freeze & Me Course
  • 1 Year Peer Sanctuary support

This pathway is designed for people wanting both personalised support and a wider understanding of nervous system patterns, trauma responses and integration.

Many people find this combination especially supportive because it offers:

  • Direct guidance
  • Educational understanding
  • Ongoing reminders and practices
  • Consistent community support
  • Long-term integration opportunities

Peer Sanctuary

Peer Sanctuary sessions are gentle online community spaces focused on somatic awareness, nervous system support, reflection, connection and co-regulation.

These sessions provide:

  • Ongoing support between deeper work
  • A sense of consistency and belonging
  • Opportunities to practice presence and connection
  • Shared reflection and relational awareness

Many people find that simply being in regular supportive spaces begins to soften long-held patterns of isolation and over-independence.

Fight, Flight, Freeze & Me (FFF&Me)

Fight Flight Freeze & Me is an educational and experiential course exploring:

  • Nervous system patterns
  • Survival responses
  • Trauma and attachment dynamics
  • Emotional regulation
  • Embodied awareness
  • Relationship and co-regulation
  • Archetypes for growth

The course combines practical understanding with lived integration and ongoing support.

It is designed for people who want to better understand themselves while developing tools and practices that support everyday life.

Who This Work Is For

This work tends to resonate with people who are thoughtful, sensitive, caring or highly capable — but who sense that their nervous system and relational history are limiting their ability to fully live, connect or thrive.

Some people arrive in burnout or exhaustion. Others appear to be functioning well externally while struggling internally.

Many are:

  • Exploring new ways of living beyond constant pressure or performance
  • Re-evaluating work, relationships or identity
  • Wanting healthier boundaries and more authentic connection
  • Seeking greater emotional resilience and self-trust, or intimacy and sexual aliveness
  • Longing for more creativity, meaning or aliveness
  • Navigating a health condition or crisis
  • Drawn toward both personal healing and supportive community

You do not need to have the “right language” for any of this.

Many people arrive simply knowing:

“Something in me wants to live differently.”

What Makes This Different

This work is not only about processing the past.

It is about gradually creating the conditions for a different experience of life.

The combination of:

  • Somatic and relational support
  • Nervous system education
  • Community and co-regulation
  • Nature-based awareness
  • Ongoing integration pathways

helps many people move from survival and over-adaptation toward greater connection, creativity, confidence and belonging.

The direction is not perfection.

It is increasing freedom, responsiveness and relationship with life.

A Deeper Insight into Fight, Flight, Freeze and Me

Fight, Flight, Freeze & Me grew out of years of supporting people who are intelligent, capable and deeply caring — yet who often find themselves constrained by patterns of overwhelm, shutdown, hypervigilance, people-pleasing, exhaustion or disconnection.  Here you get to access the insights in an organized, coherent way that offers you a map that you can make your own.

At the heart of the course is a simple understanding: many of the patterns we struggle with are not signs that something is “wrong” with us, but adaptive responses shaped through our nervous system, relationships and life experience.

The course offers a gentle but powerful framework for understanding these survival responses — not only intellectually, but through embodied awareness, reflection and practical integration.

Through a blend of nervous system education, somatic inquiry, relational awareness and reflective practices, participants begin to recognise the deeper patterns shaping their reactions, relationships, creativity, health and sense of self. As awareness and safety grow, many people experience greater clarity, resilience, self-compassion and freedom in everyday life.

Unlike isolated therapeutic models, Fight, Flight, Freeze & Me is designed as part of a wider relational ecology of support. Alongside course materials, participants are invited into ongoing live sessions and peer Sanctuary spaces that help support regulation, integration and meaningful change over time.

For some, the course becomes a powerful standalone pathway. For others, it works alongside 1–1 sessions, offering additional understanding, continuity and community between sessions.

This work is not about fixing yourself.
It is about learning to understand the protective patterns that once helped you survive — and gradually building the conditions for more connection, trust, aliveness and participation in life.
